Wrdlift

I created this app out of a personal need. I've been speaking English for a decade now and seek to improve through journaling. There's a stage in learning a language where things feel stable and you can communicate clearly because you don't run into obvious problems. But because of that, progress slows down. Wrdlift is built for that stage. It works inside your journal and highlights parts of your writing where you could say things differently. It doesn't interrupt your writing or try to correct you while writing. It simply points things out and lets you decide what to do with them. The idea is simple, keep writing as you normally would, and get small nudges along the way.

Same brain,
different tools.

Seven years in interior design taught me how to read a brief, hold constraints in my head and deliver spaces that work on paper and in real life. Every project was a system of materials, structure, light and human movement. I was always coordinating across architects, contractors and clients to get it across the line.

Now I write code and although I am still early in this chapter and the problems are different, the thinking remains the same. Understanding constraints, designing the system and then sweat the details. I bring a designer's eye to every line. I care deeply about what the user touches, how the interface reacts and I show up to every problem ready to learn and figure it out.
